Anne June "Peg" Bobinis Hoffman, Pottsville, entered into eternal rest on her 87th birthday on Friday at Schuylkill Center Genesis Eldercare, Pottsville.
Born June 6, 1927 she was a daughter of the late Charles and Anna J. Marks Bobinis.
She was a 1944 graduate of Pottsville High School.
Anne was a member of the former Mary Queen of Peace Roman Catholic Church, Pottsville, and a current member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church, Pottsville.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Andrea Hoffman, who died in 1975; a brother, George "Peach" Bobinis; and a sister, Elizabeth "Bette" Sanders.
She is survived by her loving husband, Thomas P. Hoffman, Pottsville, to whom she was married for 63 years. She is also survived by a son, Thomas C. Hoffman and his companion, Susan Mistysyn, Pottsville; a daughter, Ann Marie Hoffman and her husband, Scott K. Suko, Dayton, Md.; three grandchildren, Luke, Ava and Cade Suko, Dayton, Md.; a brother, Charles Bobinis; a sister, Alice Cremia, Pottsville; several nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church, Pottsville. Family and friends are invited to call from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday and from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Schlitzer Allen Pugh Funeral Home, 515 W. Market St., Pottsville.
