Eliza E. Fleisher, 92, of Fishing Creek, Harrisburg, passed away Saturday evening at her son's home in Pine Grove.
Born in Harrisburg, Nov. 4, 1921, she was a daughter of the late Harry and Anna Rosney Tibbens.
Eliza attended the Trinity Evangelical Congregational Church, Fishing Creek. She was also active with the Fishing Creek Community Club.
She enjoyed crocheting, baking and cooking for her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard, in 1982; a son, Richard Jr.; a brother, Nicholas Tibbens, and a stepbrother, Thomas Rosney.
Surviving are two sons, Donald Fleisher (Nancy), Mesa, Ariz., and David Fleisher (Teena), Pine Grove; a sister, Annabell Fisher (John), Fishing Creek; six grandchildren, Stacey Thompson (Doug), Honeybrook, R. Michael Fleisher and his companion, Tina, Linglestown, and Jason Fleisher (Christine) and Scott Fleisher (Leah), all of Tempe, Ariz., and David Fleisher Jr. (Christine) and Amy Winslow (Ralph), all of Pine Grove; 10 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday from the Chapel of the Dimon Funeral Homes Inc., Tower City, with the Rev. Craig Krammer officiating. Interment will be in the Resurrection Cemetery, Harrisburg. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. at the chapel.
