Charles M. Huntzinger, 70, of Ocala, Fla., formerly of Hegins, passed away Friday at the home of his daughter in Harrisburg.

Born in Hegins, Jan. 10, 1944, he was a son of the late Charles M. Huntzinger and Alma A. Smeltz Huntzinger.
He was a 1961 graduate of Tri-Valley High School.
He was a contract truckman for Mayflower Transit Company, KJ Transportation and Gabler Trucking, and had retired from Tyco.
He was a member of Friedens Lutheran Church, Hegins.
He was also a member of the Falls of Ocala Card Club.
Charlie enjoyed woodworking, camping and traveling.
Preceding him in death, in addition to his parents, were three brothers, Wilbur Huntzinger, Elwood Huntzinger and Maynard Huntzinger.
He is survived by his wife, Judith A. Otto Huntzinger, to whom he was married for 53 years.
He is also survived by two daughters, Beth A. Morgan and her husband, Mark, Harrisburg, and Renee J. Rissinger, Hegins; three granddaughters, Amanda L. Morgan, Abbie E. Morgan and Ellen R. Morgan; two grandsons, Jacob C. Rissinger and Levi J. Rissinger; two sisters, Joan Koppenhaver, Winchester, Va., and Deanna Dietz, Hegins; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be announced at a later date.
