Haley Marie Kuzio, 26, of Forestville, passed away unexpectedly Monday at Schuylkill Medical Center-South Jackson Street.

Born in Reading, July 25, 1988, she was a daughter of Andrew J. and Kathy A. Bradford Kuzio, Forestville.

She was a graduate of Minersville Area High School and Empire Beauty School, earning a cosmetology teaching certificate.

She was employed at Just Your Style, Schuylkill Haven.

She was preceded in death by an infant sister, Holly Ann Kuzio; paternal grandparents, Peter and Julia Kuzio; maternal grandmother, Marcella Bradford.

Surviving, in addition to her parents, are sisters, Heidi Jo, wife of Jeff Petritsch, Schuylkill Haven, and Hilary, wife of Eric Hernley, Forestville; grandfather, Edward Bradford and stepgrandmother, Betty Jane Bradford. Haley will be greatly missed by her faithful companion, her dog, Homer.

Friends and relatives are respectfully invited to attend a Requiem Divine Liturgy at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church, Minersville, with the Rev. Mark Fesniak officiating. There will be no visitation. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations made in Haley's name to St. Nicholas School Fund, 515 N. Front St., Minersville, PA 17954 or the . Mahal-Ritzel Funeral Home Inc., Minersville, is entrusted with arrangements.
