Robert J. Brann, 74, a lifelong resident of Lost Creek and West Palm Beach, Fla., passed away Tuesday at Fox Chase Cancer Center, Philadelphia.

Born in Lost Creek, he was a son of the late Robert and Helen Brann.

He was an Army veteran.

He was a civics teacher for 28 years for Neshaminy schools and also led the debate team.

He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and the PASR Retired Teachers Association.

He was also a former Middletown Township supervisor in Bucks County.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Anne Louise Horan; two brothers, Joseph and Thomas Brann.

Surviving are three daughters, Erica McKenny, Patricia Brann and Margaret Cantrell; grandchildren, Natashia, Drew, Caleb (JoJo) and Aidan; nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday from William F. McDonald Jr. Funeral Home, Girardville. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Annunciation Church, Shenandoah. Viewing will be from 8:30 a.m. until the time of services Monday at the funeral home. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. Donations can be made to either the or a donation of blood to the Red Cross. William F. McDonald Jr. Funeral Home, Girardville, has charge.
