Ruth Lynch, 75, of 517 E. Mahanoy Ave., Mahanoy City, died Tuesday evening at Schuylkill Medical Center-East Norwegian Street.

Born in Mahanoy City, she was a daughter of the late Edward and Anna Bokus Bradbury.

She had been employed by the former Russell Williams Dress factory for 17 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph A. Lynch, on Jan. 12, 1994; two brothers, Edward Bradbury Jr., in 2005, and Donald Bradbury, in 2006.

Surviving are a daughter, Ruth Ann Maziekas and her husband, John, with whom she resided; four sisters, Mary Bickowski, Bowmans, Patricia Kanger, Barnesville, Lois Davis and her husband, Howell, Barnesville, and Margaret Klemovage and her husband, Robert, Frackville; five brothers, George and his wife, Joann, Barnesville, Daniel and his wife, Louise, Park Place, John, Kaska, Timothy and his wife, Mary Ellen, New Boston, and Jeff and his wife, Janice, Shenandoah Heights; a sister-in-law, Kim Parastino, Mahanoy City; a brother-in-law, Richard Briel and his wife, Diane, Gordon; nieces and nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews; and her two granddogs, whom she loved, Sadie and Zoie.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial service at 11 a.m. Monday at David D. Jarrett Funeral Home, Mahanoy City, with the Rev. Dr. John H. Reid officiating. Interment will be in German Protestant Cemetery, Mahanoy Township. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of service Monday at the funeral home.
