John M. "Jack" Mistishin Sr., 54, of 25 Pike St., Saint Clair, died Sunday in Port Carbon.

Born in Pottsville, Nov. 29, 1956, he was a son of John Mistishin and the late Irene Chizmar Mistishin.

He was of the Catholic faith.

Jack worked as a furnace operator at the former Goulds Pumps, Ashland.

Surviving, in addition to his father, are his wife, Patricia Elo Mistishin; a daughter, BriAnn Mistishin and her companion, Brandon Bowers, Port Carbon; three sons, John M. Mistishin Jr., Harrisburg, Matthew Sleva, Port Carbon, and Michael Sleva, Pottsville; a grandson, Tylor John Mistishin; a granddaughter, Mc-Kenzi Bowers; a sister, Marilyn Scheipe, Saint Clair.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 7 p.m. Friday at Bruce T. Hart Funeral Home, 110 N. Second St., Saint Clair. Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Jack's Grandchildren's Educational Fund, c/o Patricia Mistishin, 25 Pike St., Saint Clair, PA 17970. Bruce T.
