Bonnie L. Heim, 57, of Orwigsburg, loving wife, mother and grandmother, passed away Tuesday at Tremont Health & Rehab Center, surrounded by her family.

Born May 4, 1955, in Pottsville, she was a daughter of the late Edward E. and Betty V. Brobst Anspach.

Bonnie was a member of Jacob's Lutheran Church, Pine Grove.

She worked as a nurses aide at the Tremont Health & Rehabilitation Center for 25 years, retiring in 2009.

She loved spending time with her grandchildren, walking her dog, Cleo, and doing crossword puzzles.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Barry Anspach.

Surviving are her lifetime companion and husband of 31 years, Glenn Heim; a daughter, Tara, wife of Scott Yost, Pine Grove; a son, Brandon Heim and his wife, Heather, Orwigsburg; three grandchildren, Makenzie Donofrio, Madison Heim and Gavin Heim; two brothers, John Anspach and his wife, Lisa, and Christopher Anspach and his wife, Tammy, both of Pine Grove; and nephews.

Memorial services will be held at Jacob's Lutheran Church at the convenience of the family, with the Rev. Barry Spatz officiating. Interment will follow in Jacob's Lutheran Cemetery, Pine Grove. The family would prefer, in lieu of flowers, donations be given in her memory to the , 16 N. Fourth St., Minersville, PA 17954. H.L. Snyder Funeral Home Inc., Pine Grove, is in charge of arrangements.
