Funeral services will be 3:00PM Thursday, May 8, 2014 at Love of Christ Lutheran Church in St. Cloud for Margaret Sandeen who died Sunday at her home surrounded by her loving family in Sauk Rapids.  The Rev. Paul Hennings will officiate and burial will be in the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery near Little Falls at a later date.  Friends and relatives may call from 4-8PM Wednesday at the Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home in Sauk Rapids and 1 hour prior to services Thursday at the church in St. Cloud.  Prayers will be prayed at 7:00PM Wednesday at the funeral home with a time of sharing to follow.

Margaret was born  in Popple Creek to George & Lorraine (Wittkowski) Wolf.  She is a 1954 graduate of Foley High School.  She married James "Jim" Sandeen on October 24, 1964 at Redeemer Lutheran Church in St. Cloud.  She started her secretarial career at Dezurik and eventually moving to Vision Ease; later she became a home health aide for Country Manor.  She is a charter member of Love of Christ Lutheran and was active in the "JOY" program (Just Older Youth) at church.    She enjoyed cooking; especially lefse, and kluskies.  She loved sewing/mending, quilting, knitting, gardening and canning.  She enjoyed being at the cabin in the woods.  Margaret did not watch a lot of television, but her two favorite shows were the Bachelor and the Bold and Beautiful. She loved playing cards, games; especially Farkle, Sequence, Spinner Dominoes, and Scrabble.  She was determined, detailed, thoughtful, hardworking, and always put others before herself.  Her family meant the world to her and she will be dearly missed.

She is survived by her husband Jim of Sauk Rapids; daughter and sons, Sherry (Dan) Ingersoll of Eau Claire, WI; Jayson (Rebeka) of Eden Prairie; Steve (Nancy) of Becker; sisters and brother, Delores (Don) Hill of Remer; Larry Wolf of Longville; Betty (Jim) Kiser of Motley; grandchildren, Josh Ingersoll, Ryan Ingersoll, Tyler Sandeen, Blake Sandeen, Christiana Sandeen, Miriam Sandeen, Sofia Sandeen, and Isabelle Sandeen; sister-in-law, Lucy Lorsung; and four legged companion Lacy.  She is preceded in death by her parents, infant sister, Dorothy Wolf.

Memorials are preferred to Prince of Peace School or Caring Bridge.
