Jane L. Brackney Sartell Jane Lucille Katherine Brackney, Sartell, MN, died Thursday, January 8, 2015 at Country Manor Health Care Center, Sartell, MN. Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Benson Funeral Home Chapel, St. Cloud, MN.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Wednesday. Burial will be in Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis, MN. Funeral arrangements were made by Benson Funeral Home, St. Cloud, MN. Jane was born in Keewatin, MN to Fred L. and Effie Mae (Latvala) Peterson. She married Emmert Manson Brackney in St. Paul, MN.  Prior to her marriage, Jane was employed as a professional singer. She moved from the Twin Cities area to St. Cloud in 2002. Jane has been a resident of Country Manor Senior Campus since 2009. Survivors include daughters, Janet Lore of Sartell, MN; Kim Rabe of Holcombe, WI; and Patricia Donelson of Conyers, GA; six grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Emmert on May 27, 1990, son, Michael Brackney, and sons-in-law, Stephen Lore and Mark Rabe. Memorials to the Salvation Army are preferred.

Bredeck, William L. "Bill"*  
William L. "Bill" Bredeck, 60 Albany Sept. 24, 1954 - Jan. 23, 2015 A Mass of Catholic Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at Seven Dolors Catholic Church in Albany for Bill Bredeck who passed away peacefully on Friday, January 23 at his home after fighting a courageous battle of cancer since Feb. 26, 2013. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m.  Tuesday and from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at Seven Dolors Gathering Area. Parish prayers will be held at 4 p.m.  followed by the Catholic United Financial and the Knights of Columbus at 6 p.m. Tuesday evening. William Leo Bredeck was born September 24, 1954 at the St. Cloud Hospital to the late Leo and LuElla (Maus) Bredeck of Albany. Bill was united in marriage to Joan (Zeis) Bredeck on October 13, 1979 at Seven Dolors Catholic Church in Albany. Bill worked at Smurfit Stone Container for 25 years as a Maintenance and Chief Boiler Operator and for the past five years at the Minnesota Department of Corrections as a Stationary Engineer. Bill had a passion for farming his entire life on the Bredeck Century Farm in addition to being an avid sports fan. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and the art of welding farm equipment. Bill was a member of the Catholic United Financial #400 and the Knights of Columbus, Father Pierz Council #3628. Survivors include his wife, Joan Bredeck of Albany; children, Megan, John, and Maria of Albany; sisters and brothers, Annette (Bill) Elliott of Burnsville, Mike (Sue) Bredeck of Madison, Mary (Kenn) Day of Baxter, Joni Hemker of Freeport, and Sheila (Ron) Hoeschen of Eden Prairie. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Leo and LuElla Bredeck; and brother-in-law, Mark Hemker.

Foster, Darlene*  
Darlene "Dar" Ruby Foster, 77 Sartell, Minnesota January 25, 1937-January 17, 2015 Darlene "Dar" Ruby Foster, age 77, a resident of the Country Manor in Sartell, died peacefully after a long battle with cancer.  Darlene was born January 25, 1937 to the late Joseph and Florence (Bates) Chandler.  She graduated from Little Falls High School.  She was united in marraige to John Bellamy on October 24, 1958.  Together they lived in Coon Rapids, Minnesota where they operated "Bud's Sinclair."  They then moved to Lincoln, Minnesota and operated "The Stop" until 1981.  Darlene eventually moved to New Mexico where she worked as a caretaker for many years.  She eventually married her second husband, Douglas Parker, June 23, 1989 and spent many loving years with him until his passing in 1995.  She married her third husband, Rufus Foster, on February 7, 1997 and continued to live in New Mexico until his passing in 2006.  Darlene then moved back to Minnesota to be closer to her daughter and lived in Melrose, Minnnesota until her move to the Country Manor Villas in Sartell, Minnesota.  She was a lifetime member of the VFW Ladies Auxillary and the Sunset Club of New Mexico.  She loved volunteering and was a devout servant of the Lord.   She is preceded in death by her Parents, Joseph and Florence Chandler; Husbands, John Bellamy, Douglas Parker and Rufus Foster; Brothers, Donald and Clifford; Sisters, June, Joan, Marybeth and Gwendolyn.  She will be deeply missed by her children, Imo (Mike) Kalla, Chet (Paula) Bellamy; grandchildren, April, Russell and David Powell, Brooke and Paige Bellamy; great-grandchildren, Ethan, Alex, Robert; many nieces, nephews, and friends.  A Celebration of Life will be held Monday February 9th at 2pm at the Country Manor Chapel in Sartell, Minnesota.
