Loehr, Al*
Al Loehr Oct. 20, 1927 ~ April 26, 2013 Remembering our loving Dad & Grandpa           Dad it has been two years today that our world turned upside down. Never did we know this would be the day Jesus would call you home. It broke our hearts to lose you so soon, but we will always treasure the gift given to us in being able to hold you in our arms as you left this world. Know you didn't go alone as there was a piece of each of us that went with you. Mom especially misses you immensely but has remained strong. She finds comfort everyday when she is reminded by people she meets just how special you were and the impact you had in their lives. We continue to feel a deep sadness that never seems to heal. There also is an emptiness that never seems to go away. There hasn't been a day we haven't thought about you. You will always remain forever in our hearts. It brings us comfort knowing you are standing by our side and are there to help us get through the tough days ahead. Please know the positive influence you have had on each of our lives. We miss your words of wisdom and your big hugs. For now our family chain is broken but as Jesus calls each of us home our family will again form a new chain. Please continue to watch over us until we meet again. Thank you for being by our side and keeping us safe. May Jesus continue to grant you eternal rest. Love you Dad
