Adeline A. Koshiol, 103

Mass of Christian Burial will be on Saturday, February 9th at 10:30 AM at St. Wendelin's Catholic Church in Luxemburg for Adeline A. Koshiol, age 103, of Luxemburg, who died on Wednesday at the Assumption Home in Cold Spring. Rev. Mark Ostendorf will officiate. Burial will be in the Parish Cemetery. Friends may call on Friday between 4:00-8:00 PM and on Saturday after 9:30 AM at Mary Hall in Luxemburg. Parish Prayers will be at 4:30 PM.
Adeline was born January 12, 1910 in St. Augusta to George and Bernadine (Kenning) Kiffmeyer. She married Val Koshiol on October 5th, 1937 at St. Mary's Help of Christians Catholic Church in St. Augusta. Adeline lived most of her life in the Luxemburg area. She was a member of St. Wendelin's Catholic Church and Christian Women.
Adeline's favorite hobbies included her gardening, playing cards, baking, but her favorite hobby was her family, whom she loved and cared for.
Survivors Include sons, Vernon Koshiol (Georgia) Luxemburg, and Paul Koshiol (Sue) Luxemburg, 10 grandchildren, Gary, Mark, Dan, Joe, Larry, and Paul Tom Koshiol, Lori Koshiol-Gross, Gina Koshiol-Bartell, Julie Koshiol-Kraemer, and Jen Koshiol-Humbert, 23 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren, sisters, Fern Paone, St. Cloud and Gertrude Thole, St. Augusta.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Val in 1994, son Loren in 1960, and brother and sisters, Norbert Kiffmeyer, Helen Eveslage, Sister Lawrence OSB, Sister Omer OSB, Martha Ouellette and Agatha Ruehle.
The family would especially like to thank the staff at Assumption Home in Cold Spring and Heartland Hospice for the great care given Adeline.
