Mass of Christian Burial will be at 12:30 PM on Wednesday, May 2, at St. Paul's Catholic Church in St. Cloud for Cheryl M. Lahr, 56, of St. Cloud, who died April 28, 2012 at the St. Cloud Hospital. The Reverend Al Stangl will officiate. Burial will be in Assumption Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4:00 - 8:00 PM on Tuesday at the Daniel Funeral Home in St. Cloud, and after 11:30 AM on Wednesday at the church.
Cheryl was born on August 6, 1955 in St. Cloud, to Marvin and Joan (Sauer) Lahr. Cheryl graduated from Cathedral High School and the St. Cloud School of Business. She worked for many years for C&L Bakery Supply, and the 25th Ave. Dairy Queen. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her nieces and nephews.
Cheryl is survived by: sisters, Karen (Dean) Schenk of St. Joseph, Patty (Daryl) Bloch of Sauk Rapids, Kristi (Kelly) Staneart of Richmond; nieces and nephews, Amanda, Robert, Maria, and Kevin Bloch, and Dylan and Cole Staneart; many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her mother Joan in 2002 and father Marvin in 2008.
