Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. on Monday, January 14, 2013 at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Gilman for Corinne A. Lentner, age 89, of Foley who passed away on Wednesday January 9th at the St. Cloud Hospital. Rev. Al Stangl will officiate and burial will be in the parish cemetery. Friends and relatives may call from 4-8 p.m. on Sunday evening at Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home in Sauk Rapids and also one hour prior to services at the church in Gilman on Monday morning. Parish prayers will be at 7:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home in Sauk Rapids.

Corinne was born on May 10, 1923 in Pierz, MN to Aloysius and Josephine (Girtz) Stalpes. On April 12, 1950 she was united in marriage to Clemence L. Lentner at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Pierz. The couple resided in Graham Township since their marriage and Corinne moved to the St. Cloud area in 2000 following Clem's death. Corinne was a homemaker and she also owned and operated Lentner Trucking for many years with Clem. She was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Gilman and involved with the Gilman Christian Mothers She also loved singing in the church choir. Corinne enjoyed the beauty of birds, and was known for her canning and baking, especially caramel rolls. She had a strong Catholic faith, was very family oriented, kind, caring and welcomed everyone into her home with a pot of coffee ready.

Survivors include her daughters and sons, Jacquelyn (Lawrence) Kritzeck of Hugo, Robert (Marion) of Foley, Patricia (Allen) Boser of Lino Lakes, Rebecca Dougherty of Burnsville, Richard of Plymouth, and Michael (Ericka) of Foley; siblings, Virginia Bayerl of Duluth, Rosemary Will of Chanhassen, Bill Stalpes of Merrifield, Tom Stalpes of Garrison, Barbara Wiley of Pawhatan, Virginia, Bernadette (Patrick) Suiter of Zimmerman, John (Paula) Stalpes of Elk River; 16 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Clem on November 11, 1990; brothers, Lloyd and Gerald Stalpes; infant sister, Laverne; and grandson, Anthony Weatherly.
