Memorial services will be 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at Atonement Lutheran Church, St. Cloud for Dorothy M. Wegner, age 92 of St. Cloud who passed away on Sunday, March 23, 2014 at her home. Reverend Erica Kennedy. Private interment will take place at a later date at East Immanuel Cemetery, Amery, Wisconsin. Family and friends may call from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday at the church.

Dorothy was born on March 7, 1922 in Amery, Wisconsin to Lars and Emma (Hougdahl) Selvig. She graduated from Amery High School and attended River Falls State College. Dorothy married Wesley E. Gardner on June 19, 1943 at East Immanuel Lutheran Church in Amery, Wisconsin; Wesley preceded her in death on April 5, 1975. She lived in Amery, until moving to the St. Cloud area and lived in Sauk Rapids and St. Cloud. Dorothy was employed by Production Credit Association of St. Cloud for over 30 years, retiring in 1984. She married William J. Wegner on June 3, 1978 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, St. Cloud; he preceded her in death in October, 1987. Dorothy was a member of Atonement Lutheran Church, Esther Circle and Atonement Ladies Circle and Sons of Norway Lodge #411.

Dorothy is survived by her daughter, Nancy Pick of Waite Park; four grandchildren, Christopher (Amy) Winter of Fergus Falls, Sarah (Danny) Helstrom of Shoreline, Washington, Elizabeth Winter of St. Cloud and Virginia Pick of Fargo, North Dakota; three great grandchildren, Devin, Miah and Alyssa.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents; husbands; son; Craig Wegner; sister, Edna Holcomb; and brothers, Abner and Sigwald.
