Services will be at 11:00 AM on Monday, December 30th, 2013 at Love of Christ Lutheran Church in St. Cloud for Lawrence "Buster" L. Papesh, 85, who died Saturday. Rev. Brad Urlaub will officiate. Friends and relatives may call from 10:00 - 11:00 AM on Monday at the church. Arrangements are being made by the Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home, St. Cloud.

Buster was born on February 23, 1928 in Carroll Township, Tama County, Iowa, to Frank C. and Linnie (Carlson) Papesh. He was employed as an over the road truck driver for many years. After his retirement, he was employed by Enterprise Rental Car. Buster loved old school country western music, dancing, singing, football, hunting, fishing, and a nice cold beer. His greatest pride and joy was his family.

He is survived by his children, Ron (Sharilyn) Papesh, Linda (Gary) Printup, Judy (Ken) Wensmann, Peggy (Chuck Wilson) Papesh, Steve Papesh, Loretta (Brad) Sand, Timm (Nita) Papesh; nineteen grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren; step-children, Valerie (Bill) Bresin, James (Marilyn) Larson, Jeanne (Rick) Bresin, and Nancy (Bryan) Olson.

He was predeceased by his parents; first wife, Norma, wife Avalon; son, Jeff, daughter, Lorna; four brothers and three sisters.
