Ralph Freeman Parker was born on November 17, 1953 in Richfield to John and Shirley (Jensen) Parker. On July 10, 1976 he married Joan Anderson at St. Peter's Catholic Church in St. Cloud. They made their home in St. Cloud and were blessed with two sons, Adam and Tyler. Ralph worked in the foundry business for 39 years until his retirement in 2011. Ralph was an avid bow and rifle hunter while enjoying his favorite time of the year- the fall. He enjoyed cooking and grilling for his family. Most of all, Ralph was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather who was always there for his family. He supported his sons through sports, cub scouts and always had time to throw the baseball. Ralph especially enjoyed the 'twinkle of his eye', his granddaughters, Fiona and Sylvie.

Ralph is survived by his loving wife, Joan; sons, Adam (Lacey) of Hopkins, Tyler of St. Cloud; siblings, Denise (Joe) Locnikar of Fargo, ND, Bruce (Kris) Parker of Harland, WI, Dawn (Al) Ostendorf of Rice; granddaughters, Fiona and Sylvie.

Ralph was preceded in death by his parents; maternal grandparents, Helmer and Grace Jensen; and paternal grandparents, Ralph and Grace Parker.

Special thank you to Dr. Girum Lemma and the entire staff at the Coborn Cancer Center, as well as the St. Cloud Hospital Hospice service staff for their support and care for Ralph.
