Adeline M. Doll, 88

St. Cloud, Minnesota

June 17, 1925 ~ April 28, 2014

Requiem Mass of Catholic Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 1, 2014 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in St. Cloud for Adeline M. Doll, 88, of St. Cloud who passed away on Monday, April 28, 2014 at St. Benedict's Senior Community Center in St. Cloud.  The Reverend Brendan Hughes, CMRI will officiate.  Burial will be in Assumption Cemetery, St. Cloud.

Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday and after 8:30 a.m. on Thursday at the Daniel Funeral Home in St. Cloud.  Parish rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.

Adeline was born on June 17, 1925 in Rockville, Minnesota to the late Michael C. and Margaret (Feien) Schmit.  She married Herbert N. Doll on May 31, 1955 at St. Stephen Catholic Church in St. Stephen.  She was a member of Immaculate Conception Parish and their Altar and Rosary Society.

Adeline enjoyed sewing, needle work, reading and gardening.  Above all she treasured spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, Marlene Doll of Minneapolis, Anita (Peter) Ruegemer of Villard, Rose Ann (James) Lauer of Albany, Leon (Jane) of Rathdrum, Idaho, James (Linda) of Watkins, Barb (Ed) Pelzer of Foley, Lori Doll of St. Cloud, Lisa (Rich) Lehnen of St. Cloud; 34 grandchildren; six great grandchildren; brothers, Raymond (Arlene) Schmit of St. Cloud and Edwin Schmit of St. Cloud.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert on March 29, 1994; and brothers, Alfred and Arnold Schmit.
