She was born on August 10, 1937 in St. Cloud, MN the daughter of John and Irene (Munsinger) Ferschweiler. Crescence was a loyal and dedicated person who made many friends. She worked for several years at the Shelter Workshop, and enjoyed contributing to the world. She also loved to travel, with her favorite trips being Mount Rushmore and the home of Elvis Presley. Crescence would vacation to see her sister and brother-in-law in Kansas, which served as a great family-get-together, when her mother and brother were able to join as well.
One of Crescence's best friends was Gary Toenjes. Almost every Friday they went to Taco John's for dinner. When they were not able to get around Gary's brother Tom would pick them each up and take them so that they could still go. Crescence's family would like to give special thanks to Tom Toenjes, to Talahi Nursing Home and Rehab, and to Dianne Kirsch, for all her help for many years.
Crescence is preceded in death by her father, John Ferschweiler, her mother, Irene Munsinger Ferschweiler, her brother-in-law Colonel Harold Lindley of Leawood KS and Niceville FL, her brother John Rogers Ferschweiler, and her baby brother.
She is survived by her brother, Chief Warrant Officer Allan Ferschweiler, Retired, of Houston TX, her sister Arlene Schwitalla Lindley of Leawood, KS and Niceville, FL, seven nieces and nephews, and twelve great-nieces and great-nephews.
