Carol "Chee-Chee" Jean Hurley, 70

Memorial services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 27, 2012 at Talahi Senior Campus Chapel in St. Cloud for Carol "Chee-Chee" Jean Hurley, age 70, of St. Cloud, who passed away on Saturday. Chaplain Greg Spofford will officiate. Friends and relatives may call one hour prior to services at the chapel on Thursday. Arrangements are entrusted to Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home in Sauk Rapids.
Carol was born on January 6, 1942 in Milaca to Walter and Marion (Peterson) Hill. She was married to Thomas Hurley and they later divorced. Carol was a homemaker and was also a volunteer administrator for Cedarcrest Christian School in St. Cloud for several years. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, fishing and spending time with her grandchildren. Carol was very outgoing and had a very bubbly personality. She will be remembered as being helpful, loving and giving.
Survivors include her children, DeLayne (Linda) of Seaford, NY, Wayne (Tammy) of Fergus Falls and Catherine Tomporowski of Sartell; brothers, Robert Hill of Bloomington, Jerold (Suizi) Hill of Minneapolis, Ronald Hill of Bloomington and Donald (Carrie) Hill of Chaska; 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Raymond and Wayne E.; sisters, Lorraine Wright and Janet Jorgenson and infant sister, Terry.
