Ina (Ward) Klepp, 92, of Bothell WA

passed away quietly the night of 24 February 2013. She was born June 16, 1920 in Crescent Oklahoma to Clarence and Edith Ward. The Ward family left Oklahoma in 1922 to move to Portland, Oregon where Ina attended Vespers High School. Ina was married to Knute Klepp on September 13, 1941 and had two children Erik Klepp (married to Catherine (Sjodin) Klepp) and Kristen (Klepp) Siegel (married to Steven Siegel), one granddaughter Kirstin (Klepp) Burrows (married to Michael Burrows) and one great granddaughter Hannah Joy Burrows. Ina was preceded in death by husband Knute, brothers Jack and Max and sister Sadie. Ina was able to travel the world with husband Knute, family and friends as well as traveling throughout the USA. Ina enjoyed sailing with her family on the Columbia River and in the San Juan Islands. Husband Knute and Ina owned the Greater Seattle Ski School and conducted ski classes at Snoqualmie Pass for many years. After Knute's passing in 1981 Ina enjoyed artistic hobbies to occupy her time. Ina relocated to Woodburn, Oregon for a short period of time before returning to the Seattle area to be closer to her family. Most recently Ina lived at North Creek by Bonaventure in Bothell. Ina was loved by family and friends and will be missed by everyone she touched over her 92 years. The family wishes to thank the wonderful staff at North Creek for their support and loving care of "Granny".
