Helen MURPHY Obituary
Born July 24, 1917 in Glasgow, Montana to John and Mary Cora Domek; died June 17th, 2013.
Helen is loved and survived by a large adoring family: John, her devoted husband of 68 years; her children, Patricia Peyton (John deceased), Michael Murphy (Teri), Kathleen Murphy, Maureen Condit (Jerry), Ileana Haggerty (Michael), Joan Weis (Robert), Brian Murphy (Kathryn), Sharon Curtis (David), Diane Payne, Claire Chacharon and James Paul Murphy (Carole); 29 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
Recitation of the Rosary will be Thursday, June 27th, at 7:00 PM at
Hoffner Fisher & Harvey Chapel
508 N. 36th St., Seattle, 98103
Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, June 28th, at 11:00 AM at St. Mark Catholic Church, 18033 15th Place NE, Shoreline, 98155. Interment, Holyrood Cemetery. Remembrances may be made to a charity of your choice in Helen's name.

John and the Murphy family,
I have fond and happy memories of the Murphy family since I first became acquainted with you in the mid 60s. Helen was so devoted to her Creator, to John and her family, faith filled, and an inspiration to me and, I am sure, to all who knew her. She is now enjoying a high place in Heaven which she so richly deserves. May she rest in peace. Mary sends her condolence also.

What a lovely picture of Helen in this morning's Times! She certainly lead a full life. She & John were neighbors of mine for many years. I shall offer prayers for her - and for John.

Dear John, I was very sorry to hear of Helen's death. She surely was the woman of Faith. I shall offer the Holy Mass asking the Lord to take this good woman to Himself and reward her deep faith. Know that nyou,Patricia,Michael,Kathleen,Maureen,Ileana, Joan, Brian ,Sharon,Diane, Claire and James are all in my prayers at this sad time.
