Ann Isabelle Hadfield FRIDEN
Ann passed away at Kaiser San Pedro Hospital in California on November 7, 2012, after a short illness. She was born March 17, 1942 and grew up in the Seattle area, graduating from Roosevelt High School in 1960. After her marriage to Bruce Friden in 1965 they lived in Idaho then California, raising two sons. Ann loved her family, her pets, gardening, and her church activities. Her love of children led her to work for many years as a Registrar at Elementary Schools in the Los Angeles area. She learned Spanish to better communicate with students and their families.
Ann is survived by her son Charles Friden, his wife Kathleen Kubicek, three grandchildren Elizabeth, Andrew, and Emily, and her son Timothy Friden. She is also survived by her two brothers Joel and John Hadfield, and their families.
Ann was preceded in death by her parents Rex and Isabelle Hadfield, and her husband Bruce Friden.
An inurnment ceremony will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 19, 2012, at Acacia Memorial Park, 14951 Bothell Way NE, Seattle, WA 98155.
