David Edward Allison

David Edward ALLISON 67 of Edmonds was born January 27, 1935 in LaFayette, Indiana, passed away unexpectedly, August 10, 2002, while hiking in the mountains. David graduated from the University of California-Riverside with a BS in Zoology. While serving in the U.S. Army Reserves he had a tour of duty in Korea. David worked as a Research Technologist in the Lymnology Laboratory in the Department of Zoology at the University of Washington until he retired. He loved to ski, hike and climb in the Cascade Mountains. He was a devoted son of Dr. Lowell and Mrs. Mona Allison, deceased. David was a head usher at Calvin Presbyterian Church in Shoreline. He is survived by his Aunt, Mrs. Henrietta J. Boyd of Jonesboro, Arkansas and numerous cousins. A Graveside Service will be held Tuesday, August 20 at 2 p.m. at Restlawn Memorial Park, 23800 - 104th Ave. W., Edmonds.
