Don Andre Loisel

Don Andre LoIsel

Born August 10, 1942 in Ely, Minnesota to Leon Douglas and Rosaline Dora Loisel. Passed away peacefully on June 12, 2013 at home.

After graduating from high school he served in the Navy and Army, and in 2009 he retired from the Finance Department at Boeing. Don had a love for coaching Little League, he coached Kenmore Little League in the 1970's, and was Assistant Manager for the Shockers in the 1980's. He was a very loving and caring person, with a wonderful sense of humor. He touched many people in so many different ways. The family wishes to thank Evergreen Hospice and Seattle Cancer Care Alliance for all of the wonderful care he received. He is survived by his wife Bridget, son Jim Loisel, and daughters Shirell Brown and Angella Loisel. Don will also be greatly missed by his loving sister Sharon Rice, and brothers Douglas and Terry Loisel. He was a grandfather to 8 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren. He will be remembered often by his many friends he made over the years. Funeral services will be held at Purdy & Walter's at Floral Hills Funeral Home, 409 Filbert Rd., Lynnwood, Wa. on Saturday June 22 at 10:00 am. Donations can be made to Evergreen Hospice.
