Born on January 28, 2013 in Oshkosh, Wisconsin to John and Jennie Lavin Frances, received her BS in Education from Seattle College and first taught in Enumclaw. During World War II she was the Assistant Director of the USO in Olympia. In 1946 she married Al Flett her beloved husband of thirty years settling in Seattle where they raised their family. Frances was a member of Assumption/St. Bridget parish serving as a member of the St. Gerard/ Holy Family Guild. She will be remembered for her love of family and friends, her caring spirit, and her wit. Frances died peacefully on November 15, 2013 with family at her side. She was preceded in death by her husband Al Flett and is survived by her son Scott Flett and daughter Elizabeth Flett; grandchildren Nick White, Matt White, Tavis Flett and Mimi Johnson; great grandchildren Lauren and Oliver White.

A Memorial Mass and reception will be held at St. Bridget Church located at 4900 NE 50th St., Seattle at 10:00 am on Saturday, November 23, 2013. Remembrances can be made to the Seattle Archdiocese Priest Pension Fund and the Association of Catholic Childhood Endowment Fund.
