Joanne "Tyke" Foster Bunker Galloway

Joanne was born in Seattle, September 17, 1926 and passed May 11, 2013 at Cascade Plaza in Redmond, WA. A long time resident of Kirkland, WA, she was preceded in death by her husband Baldwin (1994). Survived by her daughters Joy (Steve) Jarvis, Barbee (Greg Conway) Bunker, grandson Chase (Kate) Jarvis and beloved companion Melvin Johnson.

From an early age her life revolved around the restaurant business. That deep passion for the hospitality field resulted in a long career working and teaching in the food service industry. She will be remembered for her spunk, perseverance, grit and generosity. Her favorite saying was "everybody needs someone to love, something to do and something to look forward to."

Forever loved never forgotten. Please toast and celebrate her life in your own special way. Per her request there will be no services.
