Judith Diane Kutyna

Judith Diane Kutyna

"She Rides A Hawk." Judy died December 4th, following a year-long battle with cancer. Although she lived a quiet life in later years, there were many experiences and adventures in her past. She raised two sons and about a dozen dogs, pursued three careers (mother, cytotechnologist, and artist), she traveled, river-rafted, climbed mountains, designed greeting cards, kept a tarantula, helped friends and family--and did everything creatively. She loved people as they were while being gently honest. The world was a better place with her quiet fierceness in it. Judy is missed and loved by her sons Darren and Chris, her devoted daughter-in-law Nicole, former husband Tom, sister Peggy, nephews Andy and Peter and their families, nieces Stacy and Lisa and their families, many distant uncles and cousins, her beloved dog Ubie, and friends both old and new. There will be no funeral at Judy's request. A Remembrance Gathering is scheduled for Saturday, December 29th, from Noon-3PM at Daybreak Star Cultural Center in Magnolia's Discovery Park. For those wishing to make a donation, Daybreak Star and the Humane Society are suggested.
