Born Mary Nemeth to Eleanore and John Nemeth in Detroit Michigan, 23 January 1927. Mary grew up in Detroit and Marlette, Michigan. An Honor's student, Mary enjoyed an ambitious life and worked for much of it, retiring from A.T.&T. in the 1990's. She was an active member of her community running "The Youth Club" at St. Norbert's Parish Inkster, Michigan in the 1960's, "The Bethany Group" for divorced Catholics, greater Detroit area in 1967 and the "Family Advocates for Nursing Home and Home-care Improvement", (F.A.N.H.I.) 1992-2011. Mary also did work for the "Telephone Pioneers of America", a Bell System's benefit department. Mary lived in the Detroit, Michigan area, in Seattle, Washington, the Tampa Bay area, Florida and finally retiring in Burlington, Washington. She enjoyed life and lived it to its fullest. Mary is preceded in death by her parents and her sister Eleanore 'Suzi' Adams. She is survived by her son, Daniel Goralewski, her daughter, Carolyn Grover, seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
