Robert J. Fossatti

Robert J. Fossatti, 76, of Ronald, formerly of Seattle, a retired structural engineer and U.S. Army veteran, died January 22, 2013.

Robert was born on September 17, 1936, in Seattle. He grew up and attended schools in Seattle, graduating from Cleveland High School. He graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in structural engineering.

Robert owned and operated Robert J. Fossatti and Associates and built many projects in the Seattle area and abroad.

His passion was playing the accordion. He is the last surviving member of the Pysht River Troubadours. Robert was known for his happiness and friendliness. He is now on his forever lasting mushroom hunt.

Robert is survived by his wife, Mary Jane Fossatti; daughter, Madalena Fossatti; sons, David Fossatti and Dan Fossatti; and sister, Diane Lustyk.

A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 26, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Roslyn. Cascade Funeral Home is in care of arrangements. Condolences to the family can be left at:
