Doris Kerr Obituary
Doris passed away peacefully at her Shoreline home on February 8, 2015. Born December 24,1918 in Tacoma, WA, she was the second child of William James and Florence Edith Connor. Raised in Tacoma with her two sisters, Hazel and Vivien, and brother Rodney, she graduated from Stadium High School in 1936. She married Jack Kerr in 1940. She is predeceased by her parents, husband Jack, sister Hazel Latterell and brother Rodney Connor. She is survived by her two sons Craig and Kent Kerr and sister Vivien Tabor. Doris loved gardening, classical music and traveling to Hawaii and Spain. She will be remembered for her kindness, easy smile and gentle manner. At her request, there will be no memorial service.
