Frank ELKINGTON April 1, 1960 ~ May 20, 2012 Frank E. Elkington, 52, passed away May 20, 2012, in Edmonds, WA. He was born April 1, 1960, in Seattle, WA and has been a resident of this area for the past 52 years. Frank is survived by his mother and father, Carol and Robert Legg, his devoted sister Sabrina Elkington and many loving extended brothers and sisters, aunts and uncles. Frank graduated from Shorewood High School in 1979 and studied at Shoreline Community College. He served in the United States Navy. A memorial service will be held at Evergreen Washelli funeral home on May 24, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the American Heart Association.
