Frederick Yoshimura Obituary
Frederick T. Yoshimura, 83, passed away peacefully at home on March 23, 2013. Born May 3, 1929 in Honolulu, Hawaii. Graduate of the University of Michigan in 1952 with a degree in aeronautical engineering. Fred worked at Boeing for 40 years. He married Eleanor Kumai, also from Hawaii, in 1953. They made their home in Lake Forest Park. Fred enjoyed golfing, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. Fred and Eleanor were longtime theatergoers to the Fifth Avenue and Paramount theaters. Survived by Eleanor, his loving wife of 59 years; daughter, Robin; son-in-law, David Cinamon; and granddaughter, Anna of Bainbridge Island.
His family expresses heartfelt gratitude to Providence Hospice of Seattle, Dr. Marc Cordova, and Estanislao & Marilyn Iraola. Plans for a memorial celebration of his life for close friends and family are pending.
