This man was my Dad. I was with him for the first 2 1/2 years of my life and got to know him again from 18 to the present. He was a wonderful man who was loving and generous and cared for people. When he was younger my mom told me, he was the most handsome man she had ever seen. They were very young. He loved the water and loved to water ski. He also loved nature and often said Washington State was God's country in which everything one ever wanted to do was in this state. He loved boats, fishing and camping. He also loved photography, until he started to lose his eyesight in later years. George Bunce had 5 daughters, in which I am the oldest. I am grateful to have gotten to know this man again, my father. He was also very smart and was pretty much right in every advice he ever gave me. I went to him often for that in later years. We became good friends throughout the years and he was nothing less then a father to me and often let me know how much he loved my sister and I from his first marriage. To have known him was to know myself. He was a wonderful man and he had a good heart.
