Janette Nielsen Obituary
Janette was born July 26, 1938 and died at home November 30,
2016. She was preceded in death by her husband Henry C. Nielsen. She is survived by dear companion Reginald C. Fenton, two daughters Susan Elizabeth Nielsen/Tracey, and Katherine Ann Fletcher, two grandchildren Lexie and Christian Fletcher, and siblings Valinda Morse and Sherwood Clouse. Janet was a long time Ballard resident. She was an accomplished homemaker and avid traveler, but her greatest passion was her family.
Services will be at Trinity Presbyterian Church in Shoreline, WA on December 16, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to the Henry Nielsen Education Fund via Emerald City Rotary, or the Nordic Heritage Museum Capital Campaign.

I will always cherish your generosity, mentoring and laughs during my college years spending so much of the time staying at your home with my dear friend Kathy, your daughter. You directed my life more than you will ever know. It was a blessing to have known you Jan and I look forward to the day we all meet again in Heaven.
