Jeanne was born to Gerald and Geraldine Lunt in Olympia WA. She grew up in Hoodsport and moved to Port Angeles where she graduated from High School in 1942. After High School she attended Nursing School at Virginia Mason. She married Robert Meyer in 1946 and they resided in Seattle and had three children Steven Meyer, Kristopher Meyer and Mary Meyer. Jeanne was a very active member of her church, some of her hobbies included quilting, having lunch and reminiscing with friends and gardening.

Everyone knew of Jeanne's green thumb and always went to her for gardening advice. She is preceded in death by her husband Robert Meyer and survived by her loving brother, three children, four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers please make contributions to the Shoreline Senior Center 18560 1st Avenue Northeast, Shoreline, WA 98155

Services will be held 01-23-15 at noon at the Bethesda Lutheran Church, 23406 56th Avenue West, Mountlake Terrace, WA 98043.

Jeanne was a wonderful mother-in-law and we became good friends sharing in our enjoyment of gardening, going out for lunch and my grandchildren. I was very fortunate to have been able to visit with her over Christmas and that she knew who I was from my voice. God Bless her and her family.
