Joan Poitras Obituary
Passed away peacefully at home on 04-27-2015. Joan was born on 01-31-1937 in Wilsons Mills, Maine. She is survived by her husband of 58 years George and her four children George Jr, Brian (Lori), Nancy (Dennis) and Bruce (Teresa), 9 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. 7 siblings and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, her brother James, and grandchildren Aaron and Ryan.
A celebration of her life is planned for 05-09-2015 at Seattle Covenant Church 130 N. 185th St Shoreline, Wa. 98133. Reception to follow.

What a lovely Celebration of Life yesterday. Joan was a remarkable woman with many talents. A smile that lit up a room and a heart that could fill a stadium! Joan's husband had his four children there for him. Happy Mother's Day Joan. God Bless you. Terry
