Karen Weaver Obituary

Karen Jane (Lund) Weaver

7/19/1944 ~ 4/12/2013

Karen Jane Weaver, born in Aberdeen, WA, daughter of Rudolph and Vina Lund, has passed at the age of 68 in Seattle.

A loving mother, she is survived by her three devoted children Toby, Tara, and Tyson Weaver, as well as her sister Kristine Delaney and her brother Robert Lund. For over 30 years of her life, she ran a daycare center in Lake Forest Park where she cared for dozens of children as though they were her own. A deacon and member of the gospel choir at University Presbyterian Church, her faith and commitment to God were evident to everyone blessed to know her.

A memorial service in her honor will be held at University Presbyterian Church Thursday April 18th at 1:00 P.M. Pastor Ray Moore will officiate.
