Kenneth William BLAIR Kenneth Blair, born February 22,1956, left us December 12, 2011. He is survived by his parents, William and Naomi Blair (a.k.a. Bill and Sis); and sisters, Ellen Blair and Julie Blair. Kenny was born in Seattle, and attended Shoreline High School. He served in the U.S. Navy and resided in Las Vegas.
