Mary Fisken Obituary
Mary Fisken, 53, passed away Sept. 13, 2016 in Shoreline after a long fight with breast cancer.
She was born July 16, 1963 in Seattle to John L. and Marilyn Dell (Lee) Fisken.
After graduating from Roosevelt High School in 1981, Mary worked for many years as a Certified Nursing Aide.
She enjoyed making bead and stained glass art, doing jigsaw puzzles and spending time with her dogs, who were the light of her life.
Mary fought breast cancer for a decade, and her greatest accomplishment was completing 10 three-day cancer walks and volunteering at many others.
She was preceded in death by her parents and is survived by brother John (Diane), niece Kathryn (Erik) Sooter, nephew Michael Fisken, and cousin Nellie Scoular.
Memorial services will be Saturday, October 1st, 2:00PM at Richmond Beach Rehab in Shoreline, WA. All are welcome.
