Michael Adcock Obituary

Michael Andrew Adcock

Michael Andrew Adcock of Shoreline, Washington passed away peacefully on June 5, 2015.

Mike had a strong faith in Jesus and is now at home with the Lord. He was born to loving parents Robert T. and Vivian Adcock on September 2, 1965 in Beloit, Wisconsin. Mike grew up camping and fishing with his dad, and one would often find him enjoying his mom's excellent cooking and beautiful gardens. Mike was a wonderful father and loved spending time with his daughter, Stephanie (Adcock) Hart; they had a very close and special relationship. Mike spent most of his life in Washington State and worked as a proud and dedicated Union Carpenter. Mike was an exceptional craftsman and had a very fulfilling career. In his free time, Mike liked watching sports, exploring the great outdoors, and spending time with his family and friends. He will be greatly missed by his loved ones. He leaves behind many precious memories and a legacy of living life to the fullest. As per his wishes, Mike's ashes have been scattered in the Pacific Ocean at Grayland Beach located on the Washington coast. There will not be a formal service held. Mike also has a surviving brother, Robert Adcock Junior.

I am so sorry for your loss. Although it has been a year, I know that the pain is still there. May the scripture at 1 Thessalonians 4:13, 14 bring you comfort as you reflect on your loss. May the God of comfort be with you.

Sorry I didn't know about Mike"s passing.
Mike, was a great friend, the times we had with Joe was unmatched.
Going up to Teton ponds. Babes on Wave's, Kayaking. Something we both took up separately later in live, was the highlight after not finding a Grouse to shoot, and tossing beers to people who would "roll for a beer", I remember one weekend we tossed out 37 beers to rollers after they rolled after going through the cut.
Mike was a great confidant when you had a personal question or just needed a sounding board.
So Sorry I did't Know of is passing and would have been there if I could have.
I will never forget the times we had together and what a great friend he was and will always be in my mind.
The time we went to Seattle and watched the Detroit Tiger's hit all the home run's is in my mind equivalent to the time Big Joe and Little Joe asked me to join them and seeing the first No Hitter, by Randy Jonhnson.
The "Indian".
