I had the honor and pleasure working with Mike Driggers at Boeing Everett Modification Center for several months doing our 5s work. Together, we brainstormed, help renovate/train people into making Aqueous Wash (Bay 4) a fun place with high marks. Mike was a natural leader...I could stand next to him and people naturally gravitate towards him, lol. This is a belated message but please understand that many more people at EMC were saddened to hear of his passing. May there be peace and love for the Driggers Family and RIP Mike. He'll be missed but not forgotten.

I worked with Mike at EMC. He had such a bright spirit that matched his smile. If you were having a bad day, Mike would cheer you up without a doubt. His overall attitude inspired others including myself.

I will miss you my friend. We have faced many challenges here at the Everett modification center. You were one of the bright stars on the rise with endless possibilities. You have made changes that we all have benefited from in the 5's, lean challenges. You and I have had so many conversations of what is out there waiting for us to beat, concur, make ready for those that will fallow.
My true friend I will miss you I hope your family finds strength in these coming days.

Tex, you friend

EMC will miss him, he was very well known and admired. He always had a smile and took everything in stride when problems popped up on the planes. He was leader and a problem solver many could depend on. The loss of him is shocking and we can only imagine the heartbreak his death has caused. May heaven bless his presence and sooth your hearts.

Was so sad to read about Michael. I was a neighbor of the Driggers growing up. Went to school with Neil and Carla, and knew Michaels grandfather. I so wanted to attend his memorial but had another commitment today.
Please tell Michaels Dad that I am thinking about him and his family. Prayers are continuing.
Thank you,
