Patricia Emory Obituary
Patricia Ann Emory of Edmonds, Wash., passed away peacefully on August 10, 2016. She was 87.
Pat grew up in the North Beach and Green Lake neighborhoods of Seattle. After graduating from Lincoln High she attended the University of Washington and began her career in banking. She married Lane Emory of Oak Harbor in 1953. Following Lane's graduation from UW Law School they lived in Sedro-Woolley, Mt. Vernon, and Seattle before moving to Shoreline in 1959.
Pat was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Bernice (Shields) Lehman, Lane, and her younger brothers, David and Larry. She is survived by her son, Mark Emory (Kay Le); daughter, Liane Thomas (Doug Thomas); and grandchildren Teague, Flynn, and Harper.
A memorial celebration will be held Sunday, Sept. 18, 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at the Edmonds Yacht Club, 326 Admiral Way, Edmonds. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to one of Pat's favorite charities (Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, Swedish Medical Center Foundation, Shoreline Historical Museum), or to the Alzheimer's Association.
