I knew Rick in our Senior year. He was at Shoreline and I went to Ballard. We hung out and worked out at the Universal Health studio in the University of Washington area.I remember when we were 20, he came over to my place and he had on this super great sweater. I complimented him on it and he said do you want it. I said I couldn't do that cause it was an expensive sweater. He took it off and gave it to me. Wow, what a guy. So, I had to give him something that he would like. Well, I had this old .38 revolver that was made around 1920 so I gave it to him. He was a happy guy. WE lost touch with each other around 1970. Which seems like yesterday. -------Well, earlier this year I looked on line to rekindle our friendship and discovered he'd passed away. That shocked me to the core. He was a great guy and even though I hadn't seen him in around 46 years I shall miss him. All my love to the family. John iversen
