Richard W. SPELLACY, Sr. Richard W. Spellacy Sr. was born in Seattle, Washington July 5, 1923 and went to be an angel on July 23, 2011. He is survived by his wife Elaine of 68 years, his children Richard Jr., Georgiana, (Dan), Colleen, (Bob), six grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
