Rosaline B. Reimer

Rosaline B. Reimer, beloved wife to the late Clarence Reimer, entered into eternal life with our Lord on Wed., December 14, 2016. She was born on June 9, 1923 in Steinbach, Manitoba to a family of 7 sisters and 1 brother. Rose and Clarence were sweethearts from age 6 and later married in June of 1945. They enjoyed 61 years of marriage. Rose will be lovingly remembered by her 3 daughters. Sandra Wollen and her 2 sons Christopher and his wife Evongelia and their son Romeo, Matthew and his wife Susan, Constance Bolhstedt and her husband Curtis, and Priscilla West and her husband Charles M. and their daughters Alison and her husband Jonathan, and Brandes and her daughter Lorelai.

During the war years Rose was one of the first woman tellers at the Royal Bank of Canada. After her marriage and her husband's graduate school, they moved to Homer City, PA to the headquarters of the now World Team. Rose raised their daughters and opened her home to many missionaries and guests and prepared food for up to 650 people at the conference grounds. After 13 years they moved to Seattle to work at Crista Ministries where Clarence became the President. While working at People's Bank, Rose also supported her husband by entertaining Crista co-workers and staff. She provided a graceful touch to many open houses, dinners, teas and events. Together Rose and Clarence traveled internationally to visit Crista projects. An amazing ministry to them was to lead several tours to the Holy Land. Upon retirement in 1988 they moved to Fairfax, VA for 12 wonderful years as her husband worked for Evangelistic Council of Financial Accountability (ECFA). There Rose enjoyed their home and provided her husband with love and support. They moved to Seattle in 2000 and Rose to Cristwood Park in 2007. Throughout her life she cared for her children, grandchildren with devotion and love and always had an open heart to others.

Family grave side service is on Dec. 28, 2016 at Evergreen Washelli. A memorial service and tea will follow from 2:00 to 4:00 pm for friends at Cristwood Park Activities Center at 350 N. 190th St., Shoreline, WA 98133.
