Salvatore Marcello Obituary
Sal, Sal Marcello (said with an Italian Accent), Sal your Honda Pal, Gumba, Paisano, Ginger, Meat Patty, Papa Ocello, Blood, Uncle Sal. No matter what you called him, he was Our Sal. If you knew him, you were blessed. If you didn't, you missed out. Sal had a way of making everyone feel comfortable. If he was telling you a joke (most of which were naughty), talking about cars, stocks or golf, he was a friend to all whether you had just met him or had known him for years.
Born in "Da Bronx", he and his family moved to Shoreline, WA when he was 10. He remained in WA till 2007, when he and his wife, Patti, moved to Hawaii.
Sal's Passions were _ _ x (LOL), cooking and golf. Once asked, Sal said the 3 most important things in life were, " Good Lovin', Good Food and Good Wine" and the reason he was on this earth was to make others laugh. He left this earth on Nov. 27, 2015, and will be greatly missed by all of his family, all of Patti's family and all his friends in WA and HI. Aloha 'Oe Sal, till we meet again. I am saddened to hear an old friend of mine has passed, Sal and I worked at Chuck Olson Triumph back in the 70's for a number of years, we worked hard we laughed hard and we hung out after work and on weekends together including working out in gyms (Sal was "built" strong as an Ox!) I always will remember his big heart and great sense of humor (although a little twisted) he would give the shirt off his back of you needed. Loved that Man...RIP my dear Friend.
