crazy this has popped up. Chef B was my Chef, teacher, Dad 92-94 when I studied with him at ECC. I was accepted to CIA but the money and move not possible. Chef B brought that excellence to thus who couldn't afford that. He brought it all. Taught me about organic, the industry etc. He was big, loud, intimidating, but he did a great job. He even worked with my Mom at a hospital and changed the face of hospital food! My parents and I went to his memorial. Close to where I grew up. Thank you Chef. Forever cook in peace!

Walter was the Culinary Arts instructor at Kentridge while I was teaching there. He worked very hard with his students, trying to educate them on every aspect of food and menus. Through his love of food, I was introduced to new concepts and recipes. I still use them today, some 25 years later. I am so sorry for your loss. Sincerely, Debbie Roberts (retired Kentridge Marketing teacher).
