My memory of "Billy" or Bill Jr. Comes from a distance as the friend of his little brother Ed whom we called Eddie.
Bill Jr and Bill Sr after the death of Snr's wife had a Friday tradition of poker, drinks, pool followed up by a weekend round of golf with Eddie. Three Bachelors doing the family thing. He was always a nice guy. Anyone who comes back to hang out with his father and his little brother on the weekend is more than likely a good guy.
I miss the passing of all traditions, It takes a piece from all of us.
Rest in Piece Bill Jr.
