Ruth de Bough Obituary

Ruth Lita Kielland de BOUGH AKA Lita de Bough Zimmermann 14 March 1915 ~ 19 March 2010 (Correction for Obituary of 3/17/2011.) She called herself by her nickname Lita. Born in Trondheim Norway as Ruth Buschmann Kielland by her parents Alfred Kielland and Sophie J. Buschmann Kielland of the Peter T. Buschmann family. Lita was the youngest of three children. Her two older brothers Alfred and Leif are deceased. Lita died last year, at age 94 in her apartment in the presence of her family at the Four Freedoms House of Seattle where she had enjoyed her residence since 1996. Lita is survived by her three sons Leif & Erik Abrahamson and Robert W. Kroener Jr. and her husband Volker Zimmermann. Lita was cremated March 2010 at the Peoples Memorial Funeral Cooperative of Seattle. Thank you for sharing. I have always appreciated Lita's strong interest in Buschmann family heritage. She collected information and has passed a lot of it on for the rest of us who remain. May she rest in peace, and may God be with you in your loss.
